Dean and Jordan on the maintenance team hooked us up with a brand new LG HE washer when the old one died after who knows how many decades. They ordered and installed it in less than a week (would've been faster but there was a holiday weekend in there). I know some people get annoyed at the maintenance turnaround time but for a small team and the number of units, I think they do a great job. They have always been pleasant and do their best to attend to things as soon as they are able.

I have lived here for 5 years and we have had so many maintenance people come and go, but since Dean has been here the maintenance has been spot on! Dean always calls me within a week to fix any issues I have in my apartment him and his team Have been super kind, helpful, and timely and getting the things That I request fixing of. Forest hills may be expensive for what you are getting, but you are also getting a great community atmosphere with friendly, hardworking maintenance staff. They are very timely on responding to service requests and are very nice to talk with. The office staff is very helpful and nice as they try their best to work with the residents if they are having issues. The amenities are not top of the line but as best as a 25+ year old property can have. With the recently added property fence the vagrant presence has dwindled significantly. All in all Forest hills may seem too expensive but it is worth it for the very helpful staff and great sense of community.

I had not lived in an apartment in many years and was dreading the experience. However, I was quickly impressed with how well the complex is kept up and the fabulous service rendered by everyone at Forest Hills. From the office staff to maintenance, everyone was exceptionally professional and very prompt to respond to maintenance requests. My questions during the lease process (which I had not gone through in decades) were answered quickly and thoroughly. The proximity to Eugene's river trail system is a huge benefit to living in this neighborhood, and there are plenty of stores within walking or biking distance.
