I love going to Dr Silva’s office!! The office staff, Yleanna and Sam, are friendly and got started with me right away. Dr. Silva is the nicest person you will ever meet. She is professional and answered all of my questions. Roxana and Jennifer helped me with my checkout and I had a nice conversation with them during the process. This is my third treatment and have already scheduled my fourth.

I saw Dr. Anzaldua about an orthopedic issue and issues with hormones. He has many years of experience in both of those fields. I felt like I got top-notch care and that he really understood what was best for me. He knows what works and what doesn’t. Dr. Melinda Silva and Dr. Rafa Silva are also top-notch. Can’t recommend this office highly enough.

Dr. Melinda Silva is the best. I went to her for lip filler, looking to enhance my natural lips. She did exactly that and I couldn't be more thrilled. It was my first time receiving a treatment like this, so naturally I had many questions and she catered to all of them. Dr. Silva and her staff really made this process comfortable and exciting for me and I’m thankful I found her through the women in my family who love Dr. Melinda Silva as well. This is exactly what I wanted. I can’t stop staring at myself in the mirror and taking selfies… I love you Dr. Silva.

love love love my lips. I got lip filler, was kinda nervous but decided to go to Chula Vista SD Botox and I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor she’s super sweet and makes you feel super comfortable. 10/10 definitely going back to her for my next touch up.

LOVE this medical spa! Tarah, Evette and Norma are all amazing. Norma, I appreciate the atmosphere you create with the music, the scent of the candle, not to mention the "Welcome Jeunesse" sign, in the facial room and your great personalilty is always warm and welcoming. Very flexible with appointments too, super easy to contact via phone/text msg. They offer an abundance of services.

I got my first time ever fillers here. I was looking for natural look I was afraid of looking like the instgram models. He did good job it was discreet and he communicated expectations well. I also did facial (hydro+ diamond) so far and it was such excellent experience. Norma is great she remembers her customers. Will keep coming back.

I highly recommend One Medical Spa. The spa is so clean and everyone is so nice and accommodating! I have used numerous services, from laser treatment, facials, and fillers! I will be booking my next appt soon.
