3 Best Veterinary Clinics in Chula Vista, CA

My little bestie was not feeling well and illness was dragging on (long story in previous vet and won't elaborate here) I recommended VCA Bonita by a friend. From my 1st call, I felt the warmth and welcoming nature of the team. They helped me get records from previous vet, which I loved! This is done for humans so should also be done for our fur babies! Kept me informed on appts and even offered to get me in sooner if something opened up. Then the big day. I walked in to a very nice, clean office and received a nice welcome. They took Leo in right away and had his history. They addressed my concerns, actually listened and gently examined Leo. He had his tests and diagnosis. They didn't recommend unnecessary procedures to pad their charges and I felt great leaving the office. I think the best thing i can say is that they actually care for their patients which was lacking at previous vet.i would highly recommend and my thanks to the team there.

We absolutely love coming to this vet clinic and the staff always takes great care of my precious weenie dogs. The clinic is always clean and welcoming. The location is very convenient and I highly recommend the care club plan. We will always come to this vet! They treat us like family!!

The front office staff were great. The vet we saw was great. Our dog seemed much less stressed than at other vets and I thought that was a good sign. They seemed very thorough in their checkup of our dog. We'll continue to bring our dog here.

Great establishment! Staff was cordial. (Nurse) Kim & Cece, as well as Dr. Fountain assisted me with an efficient visit. Answered any and all questions I had pertaining to the procedures, my pets health, and medications. They explained the plan of action before proceeding and were suggestive, allowing for me to explore options. Attentive to input. Very gentle and caring with my pet, enabling us to have a pleasant visit which encouraged piece of mind, allowing me to leave reassured and certain that my pet is in good hands.

While on vacation in San Diego from Florida my dog passed. When we rushed her to South Bay, the staff immediately hopped up and took action trying to help her. Unfortunately she was already gone. They helped us say goodbye and had her remains shipped all the way home. They were comforting during a terrible time and I would recommend them to tourists and locals. Amazing humans and amazing vets.

I can’t say enough about how fabulous this vet is! The staff is more than lovely and super accommodating to your financial requests! I will bring my babies no where but here!!
