Absolutely thrilled with my lip filler and flip treatment with Claire! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and confident. The results are natural yet beautifully enhanced, and the procedure was quick and painless. Claire’s expertise and attention to detail truly shine through. I couldn’t be happier with my new look—highly recommend her to anyone considering lip enhancements. Five stars all the way.

I HIGHLY recommend this place. I’ve never gotten anything done before and decided I finally wanted lip filler. Ashleigh was so sweet and made me feel comfortable. The consultation was very informational and I was able to ask all the questions I needed to without feeling rushed. The results of my lip filler were STUNNING. Everything is very clean and the place is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend Metro MedSpa to all of my family and friends.

Claire is absolutely amazing! I told her what I wanted, and boy did she make it happen! Super professional, and I love how snatched she made my face. Super sweet girls at the front as well! Definitely will be back.

The online service, front desk, questionnaire evaluation with Sarah, and nurse Linda was all such a pleasure. Front desk staff is very warm and full of smiles. Nurse Linda, top notch! She balances professional and personable very well. I love that she gave me professional advice on future service which is a huge help. I believe I'll continue to receive services from Ideal Image they have a team at this location that's to be applauded.

I had a great experience getting facial hair laser removal with Madeleine today! She was very friendly and attentive to my questions and concerns. She worked quickly but was careful with any sensitive areas and ensuring no hairs were overlooked. Looking forward to working with her again.

I’ve been getting treated by Stephanie for a few years now and have nothing but amazing things to say about her. She never fails to make me feel reassured, comfortable, and educated on treatments that I’m getting done. She’s has always taken the time to make me feel at ease prior to my treatments and confident going home with aftercare instructions. One thing I appreciate most about her is how honest she is about what treatments may or may not be recommended for me and I believe that isn’t something you come across everywhere. I can’t express enough how much of an impact this has on my experience at a medical spa, as sometimes they might be quite an intimidating place. She is just the best and I could not recommend her more.

I have been going to Stephanie for my Botox for over 5 years! She always does a great job. She listens to my concerns and is able to provide the perfect amount of Botox without making me looking over done. She makes appropriate recommendations without trying to sell me all the things. She and the staff are always kind and welcoming. I am always recommending her and the spa to my friends.

Lexis is the best!! She always answers all of my questions and is very knowledgeable. Makes me feel so comfortable and I always look forward to my appointments with her. She always provides me a cost breakdown so I know what to expect and never tries to oversell.
