My husband and I had a wonderful experience with A-1 Moving & Storage. We used their SimpliCity move system, and it all went very smoothly. We moved from Florida to Texas, and the price was exactly what was quoted. It was great that we could specify both the pick-up and delivery dates. We were provided an in-home estimate, on-the-spot quote, and great customer service until the very end. Lee was in contact with us before, during and after the moves, making sure everything was on track. Thank you! We moved cross country and they took great care of our things, worked in record time and assembled everything so we were ready to go. They even took the time to move things into different positions when we couldn't make up our mind on placement in the living room. This was our best military move since 2011. Blaze, the driver, kept me up to date with any changes in our dates and the arrival to our new home. He even went back to get our overflow in storage since the company didn’t know when they had another driver available to do it. Both packing/loading and unloading crews were amazing. I didn’t lose any items. That is pretty rare in a military move. I highly recommend this company and wish we could have Blaze and his crew on every move.
