Good Morning Lance, I wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience we had with the three gentlemen you sent to move my mom. They were great, calm, courteous and professional. They arrived on time and were patient during a delay in getting into the Unit, treated my mothers belonging as if they were valuable and one of the movers even addressed the elderly neighbor. I smiled broadly as he removed his hat, held it to his chest and responded to her in a most respectful way. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with both your flexibility and your teams professionalism in helping us with this move.
