From the first phone call, PODS was incredible to deal with! They were professional but friendly, knew the product and were able to answer any question I had. I would recommend PODS to anyone! My items were delivered - I did not have any issues. Nothing was broken, scratched, etc. A little dusty but that's to be expected after being stored for 6 weeks. Great job, PODS!!! You're the best.

Saferino was awesome. He went above and beyond and expedited the drop off and pickup on two containers. He is a credit to your company and because of his actions, I will give the highest recommendation to anyone looking for moving options. From the initial phone call and the “on the fly” changes, everything was great.

Very convenient for what i needed. Their support was friendly and responsive when I had an issue. The pick up and drop off were timely and the driver took extra care to make sure the unit was placed as precisely as possible given our challenging driveway.
