On the day of moving, the crew of 3, led by the AMAZING team lead Romy, arrived on time and he was thorough with what need to be picked up. The guys worked at good pace and we still had a little time to do some quick side chats. We provided them w some Gatorade and local famous Cuban lunch (hey Yelpers, please treat these guys good, they work hard to take care of your stuff!! Tips: avoid offering pizza if you can. :). These guys ate their lunch in their truck and were at the destination shortly after we arrived in our car! How they did that so quick is a mystery to me.

The team showed up within their window of arrival time and HAULED it getting everything prepped. They wrapped furniture, took extra care with fragile pieces, and made sure to ask us questions as they loaded whenever they needed to. They played the ULTIMATE game of tetris: because we had so much crap, they literally packed the truck all the way to the top and not an inch of space was unused. They were strategic, forward-thinking, and masterful in their planning of space.

Very professional and nice guys that took great care of my furniture- I highly recommend them. The office was also very responsive and professional. They sent a quote quickly, answered all my questions promptly and got me scheduled with ease. I appreciated that I could edit my move details online without having to call or email any changes. The price for their service was fair and my price at the end of the move met the expectations set in my quote.
