3 Best Museums in Las Vegas, NV

A super interesting and unique museum. If you're keen on military history or just want to learn about science and what is possible with some ingenuity and dedication, I would highly recommend the Atomic Testing Museum. There are a lot of great exhibits, including replicas of different devices, some hands-on learning areas, and even a simulation theater with amazing archival footage. The temporary Fallout exhibit was also a blast (pun intended). Bonus for airplane fans: the museum is in the airport flight path and you'll get a great view of planes as they fly directly over the entrance. Give this museum a try, it's a welcome diversion from the usual Strip madness.

Very well done museum. They have displays that will rivet you for a variety of reasons. If you are into vegas history, its here. If you are into bombs, the military, pre world war history, the science of bombs, the science of drilling-the devices and more or just the show fallout, its all here! They really integrate a lot of different information in with fun learning tools. Definitely stop into watch the video!

What a cool place! All sorts of atomic stuff to nerd out on. Unfortunately I had just missed the opening of the Fallout exhibit so I will have to come back, but definitely worth a trip if you're into atomic weapons, science or history.

We are vacationing here from Texas and we always make it point to visit as many museums as we can. This one did not disappoint! Great staff! Wonderful exhibits! We made it in time for the shark feeding and we really enjoyed it! Animatronic dinos were really cool! This is a must for museum lovers! They have a really great Egyptian exhibit! And don't forget to visit Africa! Last but not least, the marine section of the museum ! Great visit all around! 10/10! This museum will be on my top 5 list! Will visit again!

The museum seem small but it have everything that we want to explore and learn. There are actitivies to play with such as sand building, earthquake block buidling, color and scan your dinosaur, feed dinosaur, farming like egyptian, more. Fun quiet relaxing time to get away from the noisy strip during the day.

Perfect for kids of all ages. The staff were super helpful. Price very reasonable. Looking forward to bringing my 5 year old grandson back, he would really enjoy this museum.
