Amazing communication. I brought in my flute for evaluation for a complete overhaul. I received the evaluation results and cost of overhaul by email, phone call, and text. I could approve by text or call in. I got a live person bu both calling and texting. The cost of the overhaul will be comparable to what a flute technician will charge. I’ve used Bertrand’s for several instrument repairs and have always been pleased with the quality of the work.

I was having some problems trying to order online . So I reached out to them on the chat. Within minutes someone respond. They then called me and helped place my order for me . Very friendly , fast response. Would definitely recommend.
