Katie was the ABSOLUTE BEST! Planning my wedding started as a headache until I met Katie. She was so organized and asked all the right questions to get us ready for the big day. She was always available when I needed her and went the extra mile to share her connections when my hairstylist cancelled 3 weeks before the wedding! Before the wedding, we met on zoom twice and did a walk through of my venue. She knew exactly what she needed to make my day run smoothly and took charge of every single detail. I was in awe with her the minute we met! Don’t even get me started on my wedding day…. Katie was beyond attentive, took care of meeting with all vendors, made sure that my venue was set up in the way I requested, took care of the timeline for the entire day and was even my personal one on one. She consistently checked in on me, prioritized that I ate and ensured that I took time for myself to enjoy the party with my lovely husband. I seriously would not have been as stress free as I was if it were not for Katie Tinker . If you need someone during this amazing next chapter of your life, do NOT even hesitate, and give Katie a call.

I've had the privilege to work alongside Katie as a wedding vendor, and now as my coordinator for my own wedding. Katie is not only amazing at what she does, but she's fun, and SO sweet. Planning a wedding is stressful and overwhelming at times, but she is there for you through it all. She was on point and knew to ask questions I'd never think of. I adore her and am blown away with how everything turned out for my wedding. Guests and family members came to me to compliment her. I knew we chose the right person to walk through this with, and I can't recommend her enough.

Katie was our wedding coordinator in November 2024, and she was absolutely amazing! Super sweet and easy to work with. She made our wedding day way less stressful and handled all our last-minute ideas like a total pro. (and we had a lot of them - sorry, Katie!) Andrew and his team are amazing! I hired them for day of coordination and it was one of the best things I could have done! Andrew is professional and knows what he is doing. I told him my vision and he made it happen. He handled all the little details I worried about as a bride and made my day seamless. I was able to just enjoy my wedding day and be present. Could I rate higher than 5 stars Hiring YDYW was the best decision I could have made for my wedding. My day of coordinator was Peggy and her assistant Joanna. Peggy was so professional, caring and very experienced. From the beginning our calls, and texts to rehearsal and the final day. Peggy and Joanna turned my dream wedding into a reality. We are so grateful to YDYW! They also provided AMAZING bartending services for my rehearsal dinner. So grateful for Shanee' and her team of professionals.
