I came into your store this morning in Redlands/San Bernardino area and upon entry. The place was very clean and organized. I Was greeted by a McKenzie behind the counter and I told her I needed to have this half size violin looked over restrung and probably set up. She stopped when she was doing and got a hold of her On site tech. Advised me that it would probably take later today before they can get it completed. She called me a little bit later and told me they were working on it and advised me that. My violin was in pretty decent shape and just needed some adjustments And advise me likely price when I asked. Which help ease my mind on the expense Proximity. She called me a little bit later and told me it was complete and I could come pick it Found it to be in better shape than when I dropped it off and everybody in the store was Polite. What a great experience walking into this place! Fabulous customer service and a wide range of repertoire for various instrument types! Walked out very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend supporting them since they're a local music store for students and districts alike. Appreciated the conversation I had with the manager and he was great guy with extensive knowledge. I’m a musician and play the French Horn professionally and I usually have low expectations walking into any music store for rep on my instrument but I was truly amazed at the small library they had for my instrument. Found a couple of books I didn’t have in my own personal library! I also left them with some advice on my instrument that can hopefully help any students locally in the area who also play my instrument! Five star in my book.

I love Nick Rail!! You can pop in randomly and they usually have what you need; reeds, foldable music stands, clarinet swabs, etc.! Their instrument rental program is extensive, proving them a vital asset to the culture of music in the community. We are huge fans.

Great place to find a guitar or drum equipment. Also have lots of great equipment for any type performance set up. All the employees are very attentive and friendly. My son and I took lessons here and I highly recommend if buying and instrument or even have one but need help, become a student and learn from these guys. They definitely teach well and let you have fun while learning. My son has had lessons with most of the instructors and they are all terrific.

Great place to go and take your kids to take instrument lessons. Or to go and have a fun day and play around with some of the music instruments they have there. see if it's something they like. It's a friendly good place for adults and families.
