Earlier this week my daughter broke her flute. My husband & I were interested in purchasing her a nicer flute; possibly looking at the Yamaha brand. I had called other local stores who either did not have anything in stock, or did not bother to give much information. However, when I called Music & Arts, the person that I spoke with took time to listen, tell me what was in stock, the options that were available for rent to own, full purchase buying options, etc, & let me know that there was a sale currently going on. When I explained I would be sending my husband, they already had flutes laid out according to what we had discussed. My daughter absolutely loves her new flute. The sound quality is amazing & I am positive we will be using them in the near future for lessons. I highly recommend Music & Arts.

Great customer service!!! Sean helped my daughter with learning a few notes for her band camp audition. He went above and beyond and I am sooooo grateful.

Great store and fully stocked, was waiting on another music store for weeks to have a book needed for school , gave up on them. Now i know where to go for all my kids music needs.
