Proffessionail has been my favorite place in Provo to go to for years now. They did my engagement nails, bridal nails, pedicures and every fun nail design I’ve ever wanted in between. They are fast and I have never been dissatisfied with my nail shape or quality. It’s always been a 10/10 everytime. I recommend them to everyone.

They were so friendly as I walked in! The lady was so helpful and wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. Erea did my nails and he was SO good! So quick and very efficient! I have sensitive fingernails but he was very gentle and quick! First time and i definitely will be going again.

SO kind!! As soon as I walk in I was greeted with a warm welcome! I 100% recommend this place! The nails are so cute! Thanks a bunch! <3, Tina is especially SO kind I kept saying to my family “I love her so much, she’s so nice” and they agreed!! I absolutely LOVE this place so much, I will be coming back.

I had the pleasure of getting my nails done today at the newly remodeled salon, and I must say, the transformation is impressive! The service was exceptional, truly elevating the experience, and the pricing remains incredibly reasonable. Overall, it was a delightful visit, and I left thoroughly impressed with both the atmosphere and the quality of care.

They go above and beyond to provide the best customer service. These guys are great! By far the best nails I've ever had, my sister and I both absolutely love our work at Essence Nails & Spa. The technician chose to help with the acrylic nail polish color for me and making them for a long time and they still look perfect.

Essence Nails & Spa is a true treasure! My nails always look stunning, and I can't believe the compliments I receive. The staff is very caring and attentive, ensuring that the atmosphere is clean and luxurious. I always leave feeling pampered and satisfied.

NEW NAILS REVIEWS

We are from out of town and needed 3 pedicures. We chose here due to proximity and felt like we hit gold!!!! They did such a good job on all three of us. My daughter had really bad ingrown toenails and they cleaned them out completely but also carefully. Also we prefer nail polish (not gel) and I swear this is the first pedicure in YEARS that I haven't felt second rate for wanting polish. They polished carefully, the pedicure felt thorough, and they were kind. We decided we are gonna come back every time we are in town.

Just had an amazing pedicure here! Me and my friend always choose this place, the pricing is amazing and the nail techs are so thorough and considerate. I did the delux and gel nails this time and they really took their time with the massage, hot stone and everything that comes with it. It was very relaxing and I was very satisfied with the color! 100% worth it every time.

First time customer at New Nails. Aydin did my acrylic fill and gel color. I am absolutely thrilled with the results! I wanted short, natural looking nails and that is exactly what I received. Aydin is quick and friendly. He’s my new nailman.
