CANDLE NAIL SPA REVIEWS

I am a fairly new customer to Candle Nail Spa, but I have used my tech, Thea Nguyen, for almost 20 years. I have literally followed her since I found her all those years ago. I even go from Plano to Oak Lawn, just for Thea! The staff at the salon is so friendly - they knew my name by my second visit, and even know my drink of choice when I walk in!

I absolutely love this place! They're so professional and attentive to customers. It's a nail salon with high quality restraunt- like experience where they have someone checking on you to make sure you have a great experience! Good drinks, good music, great service!

this was my first time here and i moved from tulsa i haven’t been to a regular salon in so long but Kim did my pedicure and she was so gentle and sweet i will definitely be returning! <3

I had the best experience here! Sophia did my fingernails and absolutely nailed the design—perfect shape, clean white base, and the red hearts were done with so much precision. She really took her time and made sure everything was flawless. Bella did my pedicure and was just as amazing. My toes came out beautiful, smooth, and the soft pink color is perfect. She was gentle, thorough, and made the whole experience super relaxing. Both Sophia and Bella are incredibly talented, professional, and friendly. You can tell they truly care about their work. I walked out feeling pampered and obsessed with my nails and toes. Highly recommend requesting them—10/10 experience!

When I say I can’t say enough about this place! I drove 48 minutes to get here just to experience it for the first time. From when I first walked in the door to when I left I was treated so well!! Best customer service ever! My pedicur tech Liyah and my nail tech Amarah are the best! They will have you feeling so special! Thank you so much girls! Love your energy, don’t change!

They took their time and made sure everything was great. They cared about their work which is always a blessing in any field!! For the first time, she cleaned off the polish on my fingers and made sure the French tip color was on the SIDES of the nails!! She even mixed 2 colors to make sure my base color was right!!! I stopped in here as a walk-in on a whim and they got me in immediately. This place sets the gold standard for a basic manicure. Extreme attention to detail! I have perfectly cleaned up cuticles and shaped natural nails. She did an awesome job with the hand painted gel french tip manicure. I highly recommend them.

Henry was patient and great! I loved my nails. I picked a different lighter shade and he let me see it first to see if I liked it and I decided on a darker shade he did not rush me and was so friendly. I honestly love coming here it’s always been great!!

I’ve gotten my nails done at many places in many states and this is by far the best nail salon I’ve been to! He was super nice and did such a good job after squeezing me in last minute. If I lived closer I would come here every time!
