MATTHEW W. ARNOLD, MD - TELEGRAPH CARE CENTER REVIEWS
Dr.Arnold is simply outstanding! He spent well over half an hour with me and my wife explaining in detail my condition and answering all of questions (we had so many) patiently. He explained the treatment protocol, what to expect and what if we change our mind later and stop the Botox. He is very friendly and uses terms that we (who are not in the medical field) could understand. While it is not great to be diagnosed with a neurological disorder, I am lucky to have found Dr.Arnold to help me manage this condition for me Had a follow up with Dr. Arnold. Awesome neurologist! Very knowledgeable, excellent patient bedside manners, took the time to show MRI images in detail and explained patiently in a way I could understand. Highly recommend him!
Several years ago Dr. Arnold was the first to diagnose a rather rare disease and put me in touch with a very knowledgeable oncologist/hematologist who has been extremely important in my life. Dr. Arnold has continued to monitor the neurological effects of this syndrome and offered helpful interventions when I have upticks in those symptoms. When I describe Dr. Arnold to friends, I always say, "He is one of the very smart ones.
Dr. Arnold is terrific. I’ve seen him off and on for ten years for a Parkinson’s-like tremor (fortunately not it seems.). He takes all the time you need, will talk with you until all your questions are answered. I first went to him because of his excellent background. Bonus: his medical assistant Martene is wonderful.

BRIAN C. RICHARDSON, MD REVIEWS
Dr. Richardson spent TIME with me. Things can get complicated real quick, but Dr. Richardson listened intently and made sure that he had a clear understanding of my situation. He evaluated me, provided his opinion, and offered to help. Dr. Richardson was true, honest, and real. He showed that he cared. I was very pleased with Dr. Richardson.
Excellent care. Dr Richardson is professional, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. I have moved 70 miles away but make the commute to continue to see Dr. Richardson. I would strongly recommend him without reservation.
Dr. Richardson was very professional and articulate in his introduction to the program. I understand from this session that I will receive a detailed report of his findings and additional medication to help me improve my memory.
