“Dr. Adam J. Wolff graduated from the Rush Medical College and completed his neurology residency at Northwestern University. He finished his fellowship in Neurophysiology, is board-certified in Neurology and Neurophysiology, and serves as the Director of Neurology and Stroke at Porter Adventist Hospital. He is affiliated with the medical facilities of Parker Adventist Hospital and Porter Adventist Hospital. Dr. Adam treats patients with neurological problems and has special interests in EMG and Botox therapy. He has a clinical interest in dealing with stroke, movement disorders treatment, EMG, and botox therapy.
