“Dr. Sherif Hawarey obtained his medical degree from the Cairo University School of Medicine. He finished his residency in Neurology at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria. Dr. Sherif Hawarey has post-residency training in stroke management at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, which paved the way for his future work. He was awarded a prestigious fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology, where he studied at St. Louis University School of Medicine. He was recruited to serve as stroke director for St. Mary’s Hospital in St. Louis and then director of neurology at Salem Regional Medical Center in Salem, Oregon. Dr. Sherif Hawarey also leads the Neurology and Pain services at several facilities throughout the valley.”
