Dr. Khalili and his staff are great. He takes the time to make sure I understand what is happening and how to address it. I am giving time to ask my questions, and he provides the information I need to make a decision. His staff is helpful and efficient. I am glad to have him as my neurologist.

Dr Khalili is the absolute best. He is gracious with his time, very thorough, caring and patient. He makes sure all of your questions are answered and never makes you feel stupid for asking them. He is extremely knowledgeable and gives you confidence in his treatment. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Khalili is awesome. His staff in Folsom leave much to be desired. Rude and dismissive. Of no help if they even communicate with you.

I had an excellent experience with Yelena V. Usmanova, M.D.. From the start, her office was able to get me scheduled quickly, which was greatly appreciated. Dr. Usmanova conducted a very thorough and thoughtful neurological evaluation and took the time to carefully review my history and current condition. She is clearly highly knowledgeable in multiple sclerosis and explained everything in a clear, professional, and reassuring manner. I never felt rushed, and she answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. Her assessment was comprehensive, and I left the appointment feeling confident in her medical judgment and recommendations. If you are looking for a neurologist who is professional, attentive, and well-versed in multiple sclerosis, I would highly recommend Dr. Usmanova. She sets a very high standard of care.

She is truly the best neurologist I have had the pleasure of being her patient. I have zero complaints and tons great reviews and reasons why everyone should choose her to be their neurologist.

I am incredibly grateful for the care and attention I've received from Dr. Usmanova. She takes the time to thoroughly explain everything and answers all of my questions. Highly recommend!

I have had several visits and each every one Dr. Chesak took as much time as I desired to go through each and every facet of my rather complex and puzzling symptoms in attempt to find diagnosis and direction. I would rate Dr. Chesak #1 as far as any doctor I have seen in last 30+ Years. We have yet to find the smoking gun to my issues despite seemingly every diagnostic test that can be run. He is tireless in his effort and recommended me to UCSF to further be evaluated so that I have the best opportunity to find a match for all the symptoms and a diagnosis to move forward. Dr. Chesak was also very responsive to any e-mail communications even though he receives a lot from many patients on regular basis. In short. Highly recommended.

I saw Dr. Chesak the day I was released from the hospital after being diagnosed with MS. He sat with me for an hour and explained how the disease works and all the treatment options. He told me how each of the medicines/treatments worked, the risks, and the benefits of each. Then he let me choose which one I thought would be best to start with. He is caring and takes the time to explain everything. He is an excellent neurologist and I would recommend him to anyone in need of one.

Dr. Chesak is a kind and caring physician. He listens to his patients concerns and is incredibly knowledgeable. The staff are professional and helpful. I've had excellent care while being his patient. Wish there were more Specialists like him.
