TOP 3 SAMI ABDUL MALAK, MD, FAAN - CROUSE MEDICAL PRACTICE PLLC REVIEWS
Dr. Malak is an excellent doctor with an incredible mind for figuring out odd conditions (side-effects) caused by medications. He figured out that Geodon was causing TD (tardive dyskensia) and recommended that I get off the medication to prevent possible irreversable side effects. He is also a god-send in treating my migraine headaches. It's not always easy to get an appointment, you may have to wait 2 months to get it. However, I always ask for a waiting list, since I live close by. He listens to your symptoms, asks probing questions and gets at other things that you may not have thought about. He is great at making a diagonois. He is also sympathic to patients that have mental health issues. He tries to work with you to adjust those medications as well and will talk with your psycharist to try to help find medications that might work. He is an overall good person who is very smart and an excellent doctor.
Luckily, I was seen by Dr. Malak in the hospital when I was first diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of 53. He is one of the most caring, knowlegable Drs. I have ever been to. He listens, figures out the problems and does not stop until the right medication is found. I am on my 6th medicine due to side effects of many. If I have a problem and call the office, he personally calls you back. Where do you find a Dr. like this now a days. He truly "cares" about his patients and will do everything he can to get you feeling well again. I am so Lucky to have found him. He is extremely intelligent and I have found no problems getting in when I need to.
Dr. Malak has beeen an absolute God-send to my granddaughter, her mother and myself because of his wonderful patient concern, listening skills, questions asked to everyone, immediately able to see Gabby the next day after hospital visit. He was referred to me by an SU student that works with my office and I cannot say enough about his care and true concern re: Gabby and her condition. His kind of true mission has allowed us to sleep a bit easier...so far... Thanks you for being so very special! Love all of the staff as well!! ;)
Dr. Malak has treated me since I suffered a severe stroke. He has unparalleled skills and a wealth of knowledge, as well as being a great communicator. Each time I see him, I learn something new. He should be at every one of my family gatherings. My stroke gave me something incredible, a real doctor, Dr. Malak. - RC
