After becoming a recent cataract graduate (both eyes being rid of cataracts) I wanted to write a review. Had my first cataract/lens replacement 3 years ago. I was nervous, as I'm sure most folks would be. After all, this is messing with your eyes. We only get one set. From the moment I arrived the staff was great. Dr. Dexter and the entire team. They took time to explain things and answered my many questions. The cataract surgery went smoothly. The procedure itself seems very fast (maybe 10 minutes or so) and is completely painless. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago it was time for the other eye to be done. The experience was no different. The office had undergone a bit of a facelift at some point in the past 3 years, but the staff was still great and Dr. Dexter remembered me (truly surprised me). The procedure (at the offsite surgery center, awesome staff as well) was the same as before, painless, efficient and the follow up care was as expected. I applaud Dr. Dexter, Dr. Heater and their respective teams, both in office and at the surgery center for providing great care, an efficient operation and making sure questions/concerns are answered. Thank you, from me, for the vision you described I should expect. It's awesome to be a lot less reliant on glasses and having clear vision once again!.

The staff at Eye Surgeons of CNY were very professional and also really nice during my appointment. Their office runs like a well-oiled machine, and I never had a wait that long for any test or procedure. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking high quality eye care.

From the receptionists to the nurses they were all great. Fascinating what Dr Dexter can do in 10 minutes. Surgery center also excellent. Thanks to all.

Saw Dr. Joe today for the 1st time. Was a great experience all around. Reception staff was very friendly and welcoming, eye assistant was very helpful and explained everything to me when I had questions, and Dr. Joe was great. He was extremely personable, addressed all of my concerns, and helped guide me to what would work best for me. Thank You!.

Best eye drs around! Dr. Joe is awesome! Makes you feel very comfortable. They are not pushy. They don't try to make you buy things you don't need. Good selection of glasses to choose from. Never had to wait for more than 2 weeks to get my glasses back or contacts in.

It's always a pleasure coming here. The staff is friendly, and Dr. Joe is fantastic. I'm very happy here, and so is my family.

Kiarra and Dr. Nicols have been so helpful, and stayed 45 minutes + minutes late to be sure I was taken care of and completely understood the return, refund and next steps.

Excellent eye exam. Everything was throughly explained. Options were given for different lenses that might help with computer work. Help was given for the correct frame. My son was acknowledged and part of the process for my exam and picking out new glasses. Just an overall excellent experience.

No long waiting, very professional. Knowledgeable and the gentlemen at the front counter who checked me out was extremely personable. A little more than other places but I was having issues so wanted to try to find somewhere I could trust.
