SATISH KRISHNAMURTHY, MD, MCH, FAANS REVIEWS
Dr. Krishnamurthy and his PA, Susie were forthcoming and prompt with my evaluation. They determined that a microdiscectomy was in order and given my level of pain and discomfort, got the procedure scheduled 4 days later. I found Krishnamurthy to be personable and knowledgeable. He fixed my sciatica issue and was a pleasure to work with. He took his time to explain the procedure and all potential complications. My wife and I were able to make an informed decision given the plethora of information provided - in an easy to understand way.
Dr. Krishnamurthy performed a very long tumor removal surgery. The way he explained everything he was planning on doing some how made it less terrifying. He explained things to me as a person not as if i was adoctor. I couldnt ask for a better doctor to care for my son. He is the best neurosurgeon in Syracuse!
Dr. Krishnamurthy is a phenomenal specialist. Beyond his expertise, my husband and I felt his genuine caring nature a rare treasure. He took the time to explain my husband's condition with patience and compassion.

ROSS MOQUIN, MD - CROUSE NEUROSCIENCE INSTITUTE REVIEWS
I had a 10 level fusion of neck and spine done by Dr Moquin and his team. This was the 3rd neck surgery I had had, so I knew a little bit about what to expect. What I got wasn't what I expected. My experience had been that of a number. Upon meeting Dr Moquin, I was his patient. He educated me, and answered questions of my family's and mine. He told me it was a painful surgery and he assured me he would keep me comfortable. Never before, during, or after surgery did I feel like a number. He cared, he listened, his goal was my comfort. He is the best neurosurgeon I have had work on me. Beyond that he has a fantastic team of nurses, front desk people, PA's. Everyone is super. I was very satisfied.
In finding out that I would need surgery, I had a lot of questions that both Dr. Moquin and his Physician Assistant Jameson took the time to answer thoroughly. The entire experience from intake, to surgery, to follow-up was outstanding. I literally felt better the afternoon of surgery than I had felt the day prior. The following day I was walking without pain and now, two weeks later feel almost 100% back to normal. I would highly recommend Crouse Medical Practice and Dr. Moquin!
I had a fractured spine @ L4-L5. I treated with Dr. Moquin, his NP Rob, & Nurse Chris. These people are some of the most professional people I have dealt with. Dr. Moquin performed surgery on me, which resulted with a rod, plate, cage, & screws. I now have a QUALITY of life, which is something I didn’t have prior to surgery. I would HIGHLY recommend them. I am sooo much better now. In fact, I have referred my son-in-law to them!

GREGORY W. CANUTE, MD, FAANS - CROUSE NEUROSCIENCE INSTITUTE REVIEWS
Dr Canute is by far one of the nicest doctors I have met. I was suffering with a dropped foot and severe neuropathy pain down my left leg and into my foot. He found that I had a good sized bulging disc at L3-L4. He did a laminectomy and now I am 3 weeks post-op. Neuropathy pain almost gone and I am able to wiggle my big toe. The dropped foot will take time and PT. I have nothing but high praise for him and his wonderful staff. Linda his NP has been a great help with answering my questions.
This Doctor is Amazing! He's direct, confident and great bed side manner! He has a very calming demeanor. When my daughter was 4 years old she had an AVM Dr. Canute not only saved her life, but when we were absolutely terrified with what was happening with our daughter, he made us feel like everything was going to be ok, he radiated confidence and calmness. God sent us an angel for our daughter! Our daughter is now 20 years old and in college .
Dr. Canute is an excellent surgeon and a kind human who not only treated the patient--my husband--he understood the weight of worry that accompanied my husband's injury. Dr. Canute took the time after surgery to answer all of our questions, including the ones we asked him two and three times. Every interaction we have had with Dr. Canute has been excellent and beneficial for my husband's treatment. I wish I could award more than five stars.
