Bret D. Andrews, DO - Oakland Medical Center

I was treated by Dr. Andrews for 4 years, before moving out of state. I've seen many neurologists and have a very frustrating condition. Dr. A was always patient, sympathetic, compassionate and willing to look into a variety of treatments. I felt that he advocated for me, in regard to medications and procedures in my health plan. He has a lot of experience and is very capable. He was never rude or condescending, as some doctors can be. He's always respectful and polite and willing to do anything.

Bret is a very congenial, friendly doctor. If bedside manner is important to you, you will like Bret. The best thing about him is he respects your judgement about your own health. If you research a medicine for your condition and ask Bret for it, he is likely to prescribe it.

Superb, and just what we were looking for to treat my husband's dementia. He understands not just traditional medicine but also newer, holistic modalities. He listens beautifully, and when we ask a question, we get a clear answer.
