"Dr. David W. Barnett is a former Chief of the Department of Neurological Surgery at Baylor University Medical Center. He earned his Medical Degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. My first consultation with Dr B was very informative and he explained the up coming procedure in a way I could see understand. The operation was very smooth and I am extremely pleased with him. The post operation visit was very informative and presented to me in a way that I could comprehend. I’m am extremely pleased with the Dr and his presentations and the operation. I couldn’t have chosen a better Dr. I highly recommend him.

I am very pleased with my consultation with Dr. Beshay. He explained things well and made sure that I understood every aspect of the diagnosis and treatment options. I was pleased with the answers to my questions. I would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for straight forward advice.

Excellent all the way around! As an ER nurse, I know to look for the very best, especially if they are doing surgery on me. I couldn't ask for better! Surgery went better than expected and entire team is friendly and very knowledgeable.

I was diagnosed with a ruptured disc at L2-3. Dr. Patel did non-invasive surgery to clean the debris from around the disc, sealed the disc rupture, and cleaned the calcification on the vertebrae around this area. It has relieved all my sciatic pain down the left leg and the back pain I did not realize came from the ruptured disc. My balance has returned and I feel so much better than before. I am almost 77 years of age and I feel Dr. Patel has given me several more years of active life with this surgery.

After five years of excruciating pain in my neck, I finally decided to visit a surgeon that was referred to me by a friend. The surgeon was Dr. Patel and I’m so glad I made that appointment. My only regret through this entire process was I should’ve called Dr. Patel five years ago. Dr. Patel performed a three stage discectomy in my upper neck. I only stayed one night in the hospital. I did not have to wear a neck brace and no physical therapy was needed. I would 100% recommend Dr. Patel for anyone in pain and looking for relief.

I am so thankful a friend gave me Dr. Patel's name for my back. Dr. Patel is very professional and yet personable. The office staff is also gracious in dealing with the patient.
