Dr. Aaron S. Dumont is a board-certified neurosurgeon who graduated from the University of Calgary Faculty of Medicine. He finished his residency at the University of Virginia and fellowship in cerebrovascular, skull base, and endovascular neurosurgery at the University of Virginia. He has interests in performing all pediatric and adult neurosurgery areas, including spine, movement, epilepsy, stroke, cerebrovascular disease, peripheral nerve disease, radiosurgery, and tumors of the brain and spine disorders. Dr. Aaron has active neurosurgical research interests, has published and presented more than 200 publications, and has more than 175 national and international presentations. He serves as the Director of The Tulane Center for Clinical Neurosciences. He is affiliated with the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Tulane Health System-New Orleans, East Jefferson General Hospital, and St. Bernard Parish Hospital.

Dr. James Kalyvas is a neurosurgeon at Ochsner Health Center. He obtained his medical degree from the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. James Kalyvas did his internship and residency at St. Joseph's Hosp. and Medical Center. Furthermore, Dr. James finished his fellowship at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center. He treats a broad range of brain and spine neurosurgical disorders, with advanced training and interest in the complex spinal cord and spinal column surgery, including vascular disorders, spinal tumors, scoliosis, and other spinal deformities. He holds board certification from the American Board of Neurological Surgery. Dr. James has published numerous book chapters and articles. Dr. Roger D. Smith finished his medical degree at the USC School of Medicine. He completed an internship at the LAC + USC Medical Center and obtained his residency from St. Joseph's Hospital & Medical Center. Dr. Roger did his fellowship at Natl. Hosp. for Neurology & Neurosurgery. He has a special interest in cerebrovascular diseases and microneurosurgery. His clinical interests are principally in cranial and functional neurosurgery. Additionally, he is an expert in aneurysms and vascular malformations, brain tumors, both benign and malignant, and pituitary tumors. He works with the Movement Disorders Center and performs Deep Brain Stimulation for Parkinson's Disease and other movement disorders. He practices at Ochsner Medical Center. He is currently a Clinical Professor of Neurosurgery at Tulane and Chairman of the combined Tulane-Ochsner Dep. of Neurosurgery and neurosurgical training program.
