“Dr. Aaron S. Dumont is a board-certified neurosurgeon who graduated from the University of Calgary Faculty of Medicine. He completed his residency at the University of Virginia and went on to complete a fellowship in cerebrovascular, skull base, and endovascular neurosurgery at the same institution. He did his internship in general surgery at the University of Virginia School of Medicine. Dr. Dumont has expertise in all areas of pediatric and adult neurosurgery, including spine surgery, movement disorders, epilepsy, stroke, cerebrovascular disease, peripheral nerve conditions, radiosurgery, and brain and spinal tumors. He is actively involved in neurosurgical research, has published over 200 articles, and has presented at numerous national and international conferences. Dr. Dumont performs neurosurgery and sees patients at Ochsner Medical Center.”
