My first visit to Nola Spine was in late September. I could barley walk. I got an appointment fairly quick. There are two doctors there, Dr. Carter had the earliest appointment so I chose him and he did not disappoint. At my first visit, he didn't give me the standard chiropractor talk, instead he did a full orthopedic exam. That was painful for me, but very helpful for Dr. Carter. That was when I knew I was in good hands. After the initial examine, Dr. Carter sent me a four page report on my condition which I iwas able to read and understand. Also attached to that report were exercises and recommendations that would make everyday activities and my life easier and less painful. Dr. Carter and Nola Spine is about the patient and helping them get better. It's suggested you do an initial five visit plan. I did and by third visit, I was no longer walking with a cane. By my fifth visit, I was over the moon with joy. I've walked bent over and in pain for the last 3-4 years. I am now standing and walking upright.Dr. Carter dosen't just adjust you, he's a chiropractor therapist. His treatment is geared to your specific diagnosis. I'm a new person now. My life is better and I owe it all to Dr.Carter at Nola Spine. Check them out, I promise, you won't regret it. They have me as a lifelong patient. And to think, I almost considered back surgery, that's how bad the pain was.

I've been working with Dr. Carter for about 7 months for back and hip pain related to scoliosis and arthritis. He is always friendly and willing to answer my questions and discuss my concerns. He is attentive and kind, and the office atmosphere is calming. I always leave feeling better, and I definitely recommend him!

Dr. Carter at NOLA Spine Care is the best chiropractor I have ever been to. He treats one's total body alignment and explains how it's all connected. Excellent communication, fair price and really cares about his patients' progress.
