Hard to find a more caring and qualified Medical Doctor than Dr. Rao in her field. She takes her time to explain in detail what's going on with you, how to treat it, and the expected results, which is something you don't seem to see anymore in medicine. She never rushes you and makes sure you understand and follow the process. Her enthusiasm is sincere and abundant, almost contagious to the point, which shows her love and passion for the profession and her patients. Her staff works like a very well-oiled machine, despite the numerous patients they handle simultaneously, always with a smile, friendly, and never missing a beat. Their organization is second to none. They seem to remember everyone's name as soon as they see you. The facilities are easily accessible, clean, well organized and equipped , and very comfortable, both in Stone Oak and downtown. I count myself lucky to have found Dr. Rao, I count my blessings. I would give Dr. Rao six stars here if I could.

Dr. Rao is a genuinely caring person. Her entire practice reflects who she is a human being. I started at the big Cancer center here in town but now, with Dr. Rao, I finally feel seen. Her and her staff take care of every concern, answer every question, and return every phone call. Her treatment plan gave me plenty of options and made me feel like someone was finally steering the ship. Nearing 2 yrs in remission and slowly getting my life back. Me and my family can’t thank her enough. I recommend her very highly.

Dr. Rao and staff are a great team, always ready to help. I have been under her care for over a year, and thanks to her caring, compassionate and empathetic nature, I am in better place today. I am deeply grateful to be under her care. I highly recommend her practice.
