I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Gilbert Ruiz at San Antonio ENT. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. My appointment started right on time, which I really appreciated. Dr. Ruiz took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained his diagnosis, and clearly outlined his treatment plan. He also reassured me that if I didn't see improvement, I should contact him and come back so we could continue working toward a solution. I left the appointment feeling heard, comfortable, and confident that I was receiving excellent care. I highly recommend Dr. Ruiz and the entire team at San Antonio ENT.

I called Dr. Ruiz' office, and due to a cancelation, fortunately was able to schedule an appointment the same day. Dr. Ruiz quickly diagnosed the issue with my ear pain and immediately treated and relieved the initial pain and prescribed the proper medications to eliminate the underlying cause. Dr. Ruiz is phenomenal! Highly recommend.

This is a very busy office and can see why getting someone to answer the phone was difficult. The staff is pretty proficient. Register, paperwork, payment, next. Getting into the rooms- same. Happy with doing the check in online through the apps- Dr. Ruiz is great. Quick to examine and hands on. I could be upset that I'm not cured the same day as my visit, but patient that we find what is going on with this hearing problem I have.

I had a great experience and my visit went by so quickly. Hector was so friendly when he took down my information and helped settle my nerves. My ear was completely blocked up and I had been in pain for a week, but Dr. Atkins completely fixed my problem and I left feeling like a new person. Thank you, Dr. Atkins, and thank you, Hector.

Excellent Doctor and they are always on time - that is a nice advantage! More importantly we quickly diagnosed a sinus problem that may have been affecting a chronic cough I’ve had for a YEAR! Through his direction, we counted out a few things and shortly made a decision on fixing the problem via sinus surgery. And, Wallah - problem fixed! So Thankful. So Relieved. ZERO cough in the past 13 days - having faith - problem solved ! Thank you, Dr. Adkins.

The best ENT office in San Antonio! Dr. Atkins, PA-Ferris, and the entire staff from receptionists to nurses were all exceptional. I was so anxious about surgery and everyone was so comforting, even for my pre and post-op visits. If you’re dealing with any sinus/allergy issues, this is the place to be seen and treated at.

Dr. Gilliam is deeply knowledgeable and put me at ease during my appointment. I had a quick visit because I was seen on time and because Dr. Gilliam was efficient in diagnosing and explaining my issue. However, they did not have an audiologist in house around my appointment date, so I was referred to a different provider for a diagnostic hearing test (for my ear pain). Just a heads up if you are trying to coordinate appointments.

Very thorough. Staff is friendly. Dr. Gilliam sees you on time. There's no long wait. I love that she don't stack up a whole bunch of patients and get to you when she can. Highly recommended by myself.

All the staff is always very helpful. Dr G has been amazing at taking care of our boy. I like the approach she practices in order to avoid issues after surgery. Really recommend this clinic!.
