My kids have been going here for a little over a year and in braces for 6 months. They were really helpful in preparing us for braces going on, explaining the financial commitment and helping us through the process. The staff is truly excellent with each person being nicer than the last person you met. That speaks well to the three orthodontists on staff that make such a great culture at the office. I highly recommend them.

This office is exceptional. Dr. McShane is wonderful, attentive, and particular to detail. The staff are extremely caring and very pleasant to be around, always ensuring to take care of your concerns and needs. Nicole assisted Dr. McShane today and was extremely helpful with explaining my treatment process. She has a great attitude and was such a positive light!

I have been coming here since I was about 45 years old, I'm 60 now. Love the friendliness of everyone here. My son had his braces done here and one granddaughter also. My retainer was stold along with our luggage last Christmas and they made me a new one, FREE!!! How cool was that. Highly recommend this awesome group of people!
