He finished his Orthopedic residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in 2008. Dr. Shane is fellowship-trained in sports medicine and shoulder reconstruction at Rush University Medical Center. He is licensed to practice in Texas and Illinois. Dr. Shane specializes in total hip replacement, joint replacement, and knee replacement surgeries. He has expertise in the management of musculoskeletal fractures. Dr. Shane is currently practicing at TMI Sports Medicine & Orthopedic Surgery. He is the Medical Director of Adult Reconstruction at the Medical Center of Arlington and an Assistant Team Physician of the Texas Rangers.”
