I’ve had three amazing visits and experiences with this clinic. From the first call to schedule, check in/out, encounters with Dr. Mehta and his Nurse Practitioner…all have been amazing! Dr Mehta was clear with our plan of care and amazing at easing my fears! It was also the little things that impressed me… such as staff getting up to open the door for patients that needed assistance walking out without hesitation or Dr. Mehta taking a few seconds to greet my husband and I, while we were in the waiting area before my injection. Thank you Dr. Mehta and your amazing staff for all you do and improving my pain!!!!.

I have been dealing with extreme nerve pain in the spine since 2022. I can’t recommend this practice enough for spinal pain management. Dr. Mehta is incredible—he always goes above and beyond to ensure I leave with significant pain relief. His nurse practitioner, Parisa, is equally wonderful and consistently stays on top of my overall health and wellness. Even the front desk team makes a difference; they are always so kind and welcoming from the moment I walk in. If you're looking for a team that truly cares, this is it.

I have been to several pain management doctors over the years as I have a degenerative back. Some 8 years ago, my neurosurgeon recommended that I get an appointment with Dr. Scott Berlin. I could not have made it through these last years without Dr. Berlin. He is absolutely the most caring, compassionate doctor I have ever seen. We have done numerous injections and spinal stimulator implants in an effort to reduce my daily pain. Some issues a doctor cannot correct, but Dr. Berlin has made my life more bearable on a daily basis. Great doctor -- would recommend him and have recommended him to many people. Dr. Scott Berlin, you are the best!

DR. Berlin is a wonderful caring Dr. He is very concerned about your pain and does everything in his power to work with you to make your life easier. I highly recommend him to anyone. His staff is great.

Dr. Scott Berlin is the very best pain doctor I have ever been to and I have been treated by many. I highly recommend him as he is an anesthesiologist also and extremely qualified for any emergency. I love it that I can get my spinal injections with anesthesia. No pain! He is a fun doc and is very considerate and helpful. He is absolutely the best!

Doctor Phan is the best. Very detailed and absolutely amazing. He got me the help that no other doctor has not been able to provide. It only took a month after X-rays and necessary test for a total knee replacement to be scheduled. He mange's my medication perfectly and I appreciate all that Dr Phan and Dr Patel do. The staff is on point and very helpful. God bless you all. Don Kong you are the main fool in the jester ring. Talking about junkies. Seems to me that you were denied pain medication because you Sir are the junky. Wow I’m blown away at how the bathroom locations are a problem. The restrooms do have doors that can be locked, they are spacious and thoroughly cleaned. Please refrain on how your home bathroom looks TMI.

This is my pain management doctor. I see him once a month for the chronic back pain I experience after a car wreck and several surgeries. Depending on what time your appointment is there could be a 30 minute wait but it's worth it. They accept most insurance.

Dr Phan and Dr Patel care about their patients well being and the staff are very court.

When I started seeing Dr.Phan I had been going to TX Pain Relief and was passed around to many doctors. Dr.Phan assessed my pain situation and went to work. What I like most about him is that he shows genuine concern. The first time he gave me an injection I said then I never wanted another doctor to give me any type of injection for pain. Everything he does is right in his office. He can tell when I'm doing good and when pain has just really overwhelmed me. I am looking forward to having knee surgery now knowing that I will have him to follow and support my needs afterwards....Not only is he a rockstar the whole team rocks!
