Dr. Kirk Kindsfater is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon of international repute based in Fort Collins, CO. He completed his fellowship (advanced) training in joint replacement surgery at the Harvard School of Medicine and Brigham & Women’s Hospital. Dr. Kindsfater is actively involved in medical research, with a focus on new technologies and implant design. He has served as an invited faculty member at didactic orthopedic courses on over 60 occasions in the past 15 years. Dr. Kindsfater provides cutting-edge orthopedic implants, technology, and surgical techniques to patients requiring hip replacement surgery. With more than 25,000 hip and knee replacement surgeries and over 1,300 joint replacements under his belt, Dr. Kindsfater has a wealth of experience. He performs an average of 900 knee replacement surgeries and 450 hip replacement surgeries annually. Dr. Kindsfater has been involved in 17 clinical research projects and clinical studies and has presented educational lectures.
