“Dr. Alan Beyer received his medical degree from the Georgetown University School of Medicine. He completed his general surgery internship at Long Island Jewish Medical Center and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the Hospital for Joint Diseases Ortho Institute. Dr. Alan Beyer completed his sports medicine fellowship at Kerlan-Jobe Orthopedic Clinic and his orthopedic surgery fellowship at Centinela Hospital Medical Center. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He specializes in sports medicine, cartilage restoration procedures, and total and partial knee replacement surgery. He is interested in joint replacement, knee, human performance, sports medicine and surgery of the knee. Dr. Alan specializes in early intervention and minimally invasive surgery for knee osteoarthritis. He has performed over 150 knee replacements annually and is involved in the early intervention in treating osteoarthritis of the knee. Dr. Alan has expertise in Knee operative & non-operative orthopedic treatments. He practices at Newport Orthopedic Institute, and his practice is also available in Newport Beach.”
