“Dr. Chintan Sampat received his medical degree from Finch University, Chicago Medical School in North Chicago, IL, in 2003. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Illinois, Chicago, IL in 2008. He completed his neurosurgical & orthopedic spinal surgery fellowship at the New England Baptist Hospital, Boston, MA, in 2009. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and has over 20 years of experience. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, North American Spine Society, and AO Spine. He treats a wide variety of back and neck conditions. He is highly trained in minimally invasive surgery and state-of-the-art techniques such as robotic-assisted spine surgery. He has been involved in extensive research on spinal surgery, has lectured at many professional conferences, and has co-authored several textbook chapters about spinal issues.
