“Dr. Scott Sporer obtained his medical degree from the University of Iowa Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, Hanover, NH. He completed his Adult Reconstruction fellowship at Rush University Medical Center, Chicago, IL. He is board-certified in Orthopedic Surgery and has over 27 years of experience in this field. He specializes in outpatient knee and hip replacement and has a special interest in minimally invasive techniques, primary arthroplasty surgery, and post-operative rapid recovery. He serves as Secretary on the board of directors for the American Joint Replacement Registry and is also a member of the board of directors for the Hip Society. He practices at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush-Naperville. Dr. Sporer is affiliated with Rush Copley Medical Center. He speaks Spanish and English.”
