If going to a spine & pain facility can be somewhat fun, this was the ticket. I thoroughly enjoyed the interactions with both Dr Hertzberg and the entire staff. All were comforting, knowledgeable, great listeners, and excellent in providing the care and direction that I needed. And I so appreciated the bubbly personalities. During my procedure, every single "move" was explained along the way. The confidence exhibited and direction provided by everyone was deeply appreciated and lifted me immensely. I left the facility knowing that this was the right decision for my treatment and felt like I have added even more friends to my already stacked medical lineup of buds.

My first visit was on Monday. Tuesday I was called to schedule an MRI for Wednesday. Steroid injection scheduled for the following Tuesday. Within 8 days I will have had my initial appointment, MRI, and injection. That is quite remarkable.

Friendly, courteous and professional service. The doctor communicated very well and explained my treatment options in a way that mafe sense. All the staff were very friendly and courteous as well.

Dr.Li is AWESOME!!! He was the only doctor who actually knew what my issue was. I was in pain for 2 yrs before I meet Dr.Li via referral. With his help I was able to find a surgeon to do the work I needed. After the surgery I had residual pain and Dr. Li treated my pain. I am almost completely pain free after 2 treatments and I am so greatful for him.

FINALLY a doctor that cares for his patient and LISTENS!!! I have been seeing Dr. Li for about a month and have been absolutely pleased with the care he has given me. Prior to meeting Dr. Li I was hospitalized and admitted into two top hospitals in the area. I was suffering in excruciating pain in which NOT one single doctor was able to give me any relief nor listens to me. I literally found Dr. Li in a random google search. There are not enough words to thank Dr. Li and his amazing staff for not only helping to relieve my pain but also LISTENING to me.

My wife has been going to Dr. Li for the last 3 months and we couldn't have been happier with the care that Dr. Li provided.

Dr. Bullock is the best in the biz. She is professional, kind, and gently. I barely feel the back injections. Will not ever go to another back doctor.

Fantastic Provider! She takes her time, very friendly, very approachable and does a great job explaining any issues.
