I have been going to Dr Benevides for years. He also sees my husband. My husband is disabled. I recently had to have kidney stone surgery. Dr. Benevides was so understanding when I got upset about how I was going to care for my husband. I requested a Foley for my husband because I wasn't going to be able to cath him every 4 to 6 hrs. Dr. Benevides didn't mind at all in helping me. I have got to say through my whole healing process thar Dr. Benevides have been very compassionate toward me. I thank God that there are still good doctors in this world like Dr. Benevides.

Dr Benevides is simply the best. You could tell the minute he walked into the room he cared. He listened to what I had to say and answered every question. He took his time and made sure I was comfortable with all my concerns. The best physician I have had the pleasure of meeting. Thanks Doc.

Dr Rubens is a great Dr. he has wonderful “bedside” manners. He is very thorough and takes the time to really listen and asks questions to make sure I understood my next steps for my procedures and my test results. A++++ His nurse Maressa was absolutely amazing! She was so patient with me via emails through MyChart and over the phone. I had an issue at checkout and she listened and made me feel “heard”. I truly wish all nurses (and staff) could be taught by her. Not just at this office but throughout Wake Med. I didn’t have any issues with anyone except the girl at checkout. Everyone else at the office was amazing! Thank you!

Dr Rubens has been wonderful in helping me deal with multiple kidney stones. I can’t thank him enough for taking such good care of me. Especially with all my allergies to medications it gets to be a real challenge.

Doctor Brandon Rubens is of the finest of his profession. Professional in his demeanor as well as pleasant and empathetic to his patients. Easy to talk to and is knowledgeable. I usually do not give public ratings. In this I am honored to do so.
