I went in for a psych evaluation for my VA disability. Right off the bat, Dr. Roy Etheridge approached me with a directness that I have not experienced in over 20 years of seeing a psych therapist. It was the most honest and refreshing approach I’ve ever had. Many may not take to a direct approach, but as a veteran I saw this as an immediate “let’s get down to it” feeling, making me feel for the first time that someone wanted to actually KNOW what was going on with me and in my head. He explained things both in layman’s terms, not as an insult to my intelligence, but so that it was relatable to me. I greatly appreciate his approach, his true concern for my issues, and his candor as a veteran himself. I would 100% recommend him to other veterans, and wish I could have found him sooner in my life.

I have been seeing Dr Roy over 6 years now, could not recommend this practice more. When I had trouble with my insurance they worked with me to figure it out. When I was hospitalized for my mental illness, Dr Roy worked with the hospital, and also called to check on me.

Dr. Roy is very honest and user friendly. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. This is the best appointment I have attended in a while. Thank you team.

Rhian has helped me go through tough times over the last 8 years. He has helped acknowledge issues that hindered my happiness and he has followed through the process of addressing them. With him I have learned to manage my stress and anxiety, live more in the present, see things from different perspectives and focus on living in the present.

I've been working with Dr. Rhian for some time now, and I truly appreciate the safe, supportive space he's created. His genuine empathy and understanding have made a world of difference in me understanding more about the world and how to view it in a more positive light.

After one session, Rhian helped me to work through a difficult time in my life. He is a very good listener and followed up with me twice after the visit. Going back again to do some more internal work.
