I saw Dr Dawson for my initial appointment to discuss my spinal stenosis and a possible nerve block. He spent over 30 minutes showing me images, explaining all available options, and reassuring me that the procedure should provide much needed relief. Very personable, and knowledgeable. I’ll report back after my procedure. So far 5 stars.

The service that I received from River City Rehabilitation and Spine Specialist was outstanding. Dr. Dawson and staff were friendly and took time to go over the diagnosis and clearly explained the procedure to ensured that I understood. I had a bilateral epidural corticosteroid injections directly around my nerves in the lower spine. It was fast and painless. Dr. Dawson was awesome, very professional, knowledgeable, witty, sensitive and informative. I immediately felt at ease and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. I walked away, very Impressed with my overall experience. HIGHLY recommend.

Dr Dawson and ALL of his staff are just GREAT. I have been going to him for a couple of years and the procedures done for my back have helped so much. I trust him and the medical staff to ensure my safety and comfort. Thank you.

I've been with Dr B and Jessie for past 16 years and I refer everyone that I know who suffers like I do to go to Southeast Regional Pain Center. I ABSOLUTELY Love them. They listen to your medical needs and promptly address them. I have only one regret, and that is that they don't handle everything a PCP does!! If they did, it'd be heavenly!!! I love Dr. Barngrover and his staff. The staff is always courteous, engaged and friendly, not to mention helpful. Dr. Barngrover himself is very personable. He is funny, speaks to me in a way that’s as if we are on the same level and never in a condescending manner. He also treats me as a person and not a dollar sign or as a stranger which is rare these days. I usually see Jesse and I can’t say enough about him! I actually look forward to my visit, and I can’t remember feeling this way ever. I would, and have, recommended them to others.

Dr. Barngrover is a fabulous pain management physician. He’s kind, understanding, compassionate, and empathetic. He truly listens to you and offers treatment that will best suit your needs. He’s been my doctor for 13 years and you couldn’t pay me to leave. He also has a PA (Jesse) that works closely with him and he is just as amazing. Jesse is compassionate, kind, understanding, and empathetic. So if you’re unable to get in with the doc, you at least know that you’re gonna get the same care from the PA.The office staff is very nice & understanding too. The lady at the front desk (Tonya) always has a smile on her face & is willing to help you. They’re all amazing in my opinion. To have all 3 components in a doctors office is very rare these days. So, if you’re looking for a great pain management doctor & an overall great experience…you’ve found it!

He has helped tremendously with my neck, back and hip pain. His office staff are very nice. All procedures done in his office. Takes insurance and medicare.

Dr serrato is the best pain doctor I'm so proud that I select him as my pain doctor he is a great doctor and his staff are so wonderful they are marvelous people thank you Dr serato.

Doctor is really good at what he does. I hate those back injections tho. He takes time with you and care about your quality of life.
