My wife and I have been patients at Prestige Family Medicine for about 2 years. We have seen both Dr. Shah and NP Kristin Neely. Both are very competent and compassionate care givers. I have a great deal of trust in both. The staff at Prestige Family Medicine has always been helpful and respectful.

Prestige Family Medicine is amazing!!! Katie that handles scheduling is so sweet and efficient! Dr. Shah and all of her nurses have always gone above and beyond to answer questions and be extremely thorough!.

I have been a patient of Dr. Joseph R. Lewis for over thirty years, and he is just as concerned with me as a patient of the first initial visit with my son. He saw us through puberty when I did not understand his growing pains. Dr. Lewis was recommended by the Hughston Hospital for my son, and I have never regretted its choice. Our first visit was off Macon Road. He moved to River Road where we continued to be his patients. After my son left for college, he became my Primary Doctor. Dr. Lewis stayed with me through college for myself, rearing my children, and through many trials of plain human development. I thank you, DR. JOSEPH R. LEWIS for your professional care that went above and beyond the office visits.

Dr Lewis discussed with me the results of my last blood work. Because of the medical plan that we discussed, and I agreed ,I'm seeing great results. My BP, which has been horrible, is better than ever , my HDL and LDL are in great range. I've lost weight and feeling better than ever. If you want a Dr with great bedside manners, genuinely cares about the needs of his patients and takes the time to thoroughly access his patients regularly, (making the necessary adjustments along the way)to arrive at the best health plans for his patients...Dr Lewis is the one.

I recently needed to get in with Dr. Lewis via a teledoc appointment since I travel for work. Everything from setting up my appointment to the actual appointment was very smooth. Dr. Lewis is always kind, considerate and always really listens to my concerns. By the end of the appointment there was a plan in place to resolve my issue. It gives me peace of mind knowing my provider really cares about his patients. Also, Latasha at the desk is amazing and is truly an asset to the practice.

I called as a new patient hoping Dr Patel accepted NP and can by seen asap and they scheduled me the same day! His staff is so friendly, nice, welcoming and sweet! Dr Patel was very nice, attention and listened to my concerns. He has great bed side manners, funny and very knowledgeable.
