My skeletal health is a mess! My dr has given me over 10 years of relief in my spine with radio frequency saving me from surgery! He listens to what I say! He knows what to do and knows when I need surgery!He has sent me to the greatest neck surgeon and thdbest shoulder replacement surgeon in Ft Wayne! I trust his judgement completely.

Dr. Bojrab I highly recommend. He has been so great for each injection I have had. Great personality that shines through in his bedside manner. He is always able to put me at ease before an injection, if you are in need of someone you can't go wrong here.

Dr Bojrab and his team are amazing. I have been going here for years and always find that Dr Bojrab is attentive and caring. He has a great sense of humor and makes you feel comfortable before your procedures. I have had many procedures and would not hesitate to refer to him.

I started at spine technology with a severe frozen shoulder and pinched nerve. Dr. Fortin was explained everything very well and the procedures he wanted to do. Answered any questions that I had and didn’t rush me. It took about a year but pretty much my pain is gone, and I have almost full Range of motion with my arm and shoulder.

Dr. Fortin and Katie his nurse are an invaluable asset to our community. They truly listen and use the tools of gifted diagnosticians to figure out how to help. They have created a scientifically advanced Regenerative Medicine practice in a technologically advanced clinic that operates with old school human kindness and an honest personal touch. Not to mention, they are a highly organized office that actually answers their phone. If you have a muscular skeletal condition that is detracting from your quality of life or keeping from being your best, I highly suggest you make an appointment today.

The WHOLE office experience has been superb! Highly recommend Dr. Fortin & Ben England as your Pain Detectives to, if at all possible, isolate the root causes & assign an appropriate treatment. So that you are not chasing symptom solutions that are short lasting.

It was my first time there. Staff was great. Dr. Roth was fantastic! He is a great listener. Seems to really care about what your going through. He and I were in full agreement what the plan going forward should be. I am very happy with my experience. Will definitely use them from now on.

I've been a patient of Summit Pain for at least 8 years and I would not be walking mostly pain free. The plan they have for me gives me 75% relief. Letting me enjoy my life. I've seen many of the PA'S and NP's and have been pleased with all of them. All the staff has been very friendly and accommodating to my every need. THANK YOU! I highly recommend Summit Pain.

Long story short, I've had 13 surgeries. If I could give Summitt 10 stars I would!! The doctors and staff are amazing.
