This entire office is incredible. The front desk staff is so personable and extremely prompt with communication. She excellent getting in touch and getting insurance approval and scheduling. Dr Rustagi was so kind and gentle and confident. He knew exactly what to ask. He wasn’t judgmental at all. He made everything extremely comfortable and safe. He took such care to listen to everything I had to say and any issues I wanted to address. I truly left this office with such hope and excitement about treatment. He is an A+doctor. I can’t recommend him enough.

I've been a patient of Dr. Rustagi for close to 10 years and he has been amazing. He is direct which I appreciate, I don't need fluff when it comes to my mental health, I want honesty and fact. I recommend him to everyone who needs a good doc who will listen to them. His staff is super efficient and makes the who check in/out and scheduling process very simple. I think maybe some people are used to everything taking forever in doctor's offices and when someone is efficient but thorough, they think that means uncaring.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Rustagi for years. He is THE BEST! He listens to you to fully understand what’s going on before prescribing any meds. He is always cautious with me, and orders tests whenever it is even remotely necessary. He is polite, and caring. I don’t know what I’ll ever do when he retires! Long live the DOC.

I am 31. Ive been seeing doctor shao since age 17. Phenomenal doctor to say the least. Listens, cares, compassionate. Truly understands medication and what it does. He goes the extra length for his patients and meets their needs. I cannot begin to descibe my gratefulness for him. He has helped heal me when i was struggling. What a true Godsend. Doctor Shao you are very appreciated in my heart.

Dr. Frank Shao is an excellent psychiatrist. He really takes the time to listen and he pays attention to what I am saying and he really "get's it" about what I am going through. He's kind, friendly, caring, and compassionate. Although he has an accent when he speaks, he's very nice, honest, and it's not that hard to understand him. He's a great doctor. I highly recommend him.

I was treated by Dr.Shao in the hospital and went to him afterwards, and I can't say enough good things about him, he really cares and listens to you and asks important questions to help you better and understands you.

My autistic son has been seeing Dr Surakanti for over 6yrs. He has been very helpful in making him understand the concept of accountability for his actions. Dr Surakanti is very knowledgeable about medications and worked a variety of combinations until we found the best combination for my son. He has also provided good advice for him about thinking about how his action effects his future and the importance of education. His office has been great about working us in on short notice and have been nothing but kind and courteous to us. I would highly recommend Dr. Surakanti for autistic teens with behavioral issues.

I've been seeing Dr. Surakanti for about 5 years. In that time, I went thru major health issues of two of my children, and the death of my son. Dr. Surakanti has always been caring and compassionate. He has no issues adjusting medications when I feel like I need something more and/or different. I almost always get right in, and have almost no wait time when I arrive at the office. Deanna at the check in desk is always friendly, and great at scheduling my next visit. I highly recommend Dr. Surakanti and his staff if you need mental health care.

I'm so grateful to Dr. Surakanti, & his staff for the exceptional care i receive for all of the Mental Health Services that they provide. His attention to detail, & years of experience are truly a blessing to me as far as my mental health, & well being. Kind, compassionate, care has not always been so easy to come bye these days. Communication is a key for sound Medical Mental Health Care in addition to the feeling of mutual respect that is conveyed between Doctor, Patient, & Staff.
