Dr. Baalbaki and his staff have taken very good care of me since he first came to work at Sentara. He has always listened to me and helped me work through what I have needed for my pain. I used to be needle phobic and he worked with me to overcome my difficulties in order to get the relief I needed. Thanks for all you do for me and so many others, Dr. Baalbaki.

I have been his patient since 2012. I have to say he’s done great with my treatment and will continue to keep him as my pain management specialist . He is very thorough and takes his time to explain my treatment plan with me. He listens and answers my question kindly. His staff are wonderful, respectful, professional and caring. I’ve never had a bad experience with Dr. Balbaaki and his staff.

Dr. Baalbaki is a very compitant, professional and caring Pain Management physician. I'm fact, I've seen many PM doctors and he is far the best I've seen. Dr. Baalbaki gets to the root cause of your pain issue. If you are looking for a pill mill, which you should NOT be, he is definitely NOT your guy. The office staff is wonderful.

Dr. Ross has helped treat my Chronic pain brought on by my Charcot-Marie-tooth disease. I also have chronic fatigue syndrome. I have more syndromes but to much to list.

Dr. Ross is a capable and insightful physician with very creative ideas of modern treatment. If a medication is not helping me, on more than one occasion, he has found a different medication that does a much better job of addressing the problem he is treating me for.

I have been with Doctor Ross for many years his staff as well as himself has always been extremely patient professional and compassionate their knowledge and expertise in a particular area which I see him for incredible I'm sorry to see that he is retiring we will miss him dearly.
