I am extremely thankful for the care that I received with Dr. Bachtell. She has been very professional while being personable in my care. I always leave my appointment more informed and with a better understanding of what is going on with me. I should also thank Tish her assistant, she's a very important part of my care as well. They are a great team.

The staff is friendly and courteous. I was able to sign in online so I had a very short wait. Dr. Bachtell and her nurse Tisha are always prompt and professional. They are familiar with my history and took ample time to talk with me and satisfy the purpose of the visit.

Dr. Bachtell has been my primary care provider for a number of years. She and her team are efficient, knowledgeable and is always caring, receptive and engaging during each visit. There have been times when I have had to wait past my appointment time to get into the exam room, but I understand that this is due to the fact that both she and her nurse engage with the clients in a way to glean important information and facts in order to provide better and holistic services. In other words, they spend quality time with the clients. They're always engaging and uplifting during each visit. The facilities are clean, well-lighted and the aesthetics are quite pleasant, comfortable and even soothing. The administrative staff is efficient, cordial and caring. I have recommended this practice to various acquaintances in the past.
