Dr. Whitten and his entire staff were very professional and knowledgeable. From the front desk all the way back to the procedure room, everyone was in perfect sinc. Dr. Whitten listened to what was going on and quickly determined the right course of action to help with my pain situation. Very Happy with the level of care provided!!!

My treatment has been a collaborative process, facts and treatments presented and left up to me. I’ve been extremely satisfied with my pain management and reduction. Dr Weston is professional and personable at the same time, I highly recommend giving the Pain Institute a try if you suffer from chronic pain.

I am very thankful for Dr Whitten and his staff. They are great. So kind and professional. Every week that I have gone to the clinic, I start feeling better. They are taking very good care of me and helping me get relief from my nerve pain.

Very efficient office staff and friendly as well. Nurses and Dr's are top notch. Very pleased with my treatment plan. Doc's always seem to know what treatment is needed. They will also refer you to other treatment modalities outside of their clinic!

I went to Dr. Zach around 2017 after being rear- ended in a car accident, causing chronic lower back pain. He did a radio frequency ablation procedure, that he said may work for 1-3 years. This alleviated my pain for 7 years. I just had him do the procedure again in Feb of 2025. Other than the pain from the procedure, the other pain is already diminished, while it could take 4-12 weeks to work, I can already feel improvement a day later. Will not hesitate to go to again, if symptoms return again. The whole staff was pleasant to work with and interact with.

The doctor and his staff are professional, courteous, and kind. I appreciate the doctor having time to actually listen to me and offer me the best care and support. I would recommend Innovative pain and spine specialists to all my family and friends.

I have known Dr. Donovan a long time. I used to recover her patients in ICU when we both worked in the hospital. Her patients always came back from surgery stable and she was always available if the patient needed anything. That has not changed and I chose her to treat chronic pain I’ve had for decades. Dr. Donovan listened to me and we created a plan to tackle pain from psoriatic arthritis. I’m very happy I chose her.

She is absolutely the best. She listens and talks to you like you’re old friends. She is compassionate and actually cares for your well being. Her staff is friendly and always willing to help you. I highly recommend her!! Thank you and your staff so much for showing me how a dr should be with their patients. Above and beyond!!

Dr. Donovan and the PA I saw are both very kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Donovan always takes time to listen and doesn't judge or talk down to me because I have pain. Her PA was the same way, very kind knowledgeable and takes time with you. This was the only place I had gone to that actually read my records to know what I have going on. It's a true blessing to find providers who truly care and are not dismissive. I would recommend to anyone to try this clinic. I finally have some real measurable reduction in pain since coming here!
