The staff were friendly and helpful. Dr Herdnon was considerate of my time and he explained my condition and the procedure I would need to help me improve. I was able to ask questions and he answered them in a way that I could understand. I was very impressed and I would recommend him and the practice to anyone with pain issues.

I have been a patient of Dr Herndon’s for about a year and a half now. I moved here from Nevada with very rare and painful medical conditions. I began at Vanderbilt pain management and barely lasted a month due to the lack of kindness and care that every patient deserves. I knew I had to find someone that would treat me like a person and not a number. Someone who is kind and has empathy, takes their time with patients and cares to know who they are.

Dr Herndon was very understanding about my problem at my first visit. He explained to me what the plans were to help me where I understood completely. I have an appointment on June 11th to start my treatment. I am looking forward to it and I would recommend him, he is very professional.

Dr Young is compassionate, professional, thorough and always listens attentively. He works with me as a whole person, not just the "body part" he's treating. I've been treating by Dr Young approximately 3+ years or so I can't imagine having any Orthopedic treat me by choice. I highly recommend him to anyone in the Murfreesboro area, but will say, I drove to keep him when I was living in Mt Juliet for over a year. It was worth the drive to be treated professionally and with respect & dignity. His nurse Lauren and Front desk staff, Jill, are both AMAZING and have that same sense of compassion, are so welcoming. Stephan, also at the front desk, whom I not dealt with as often as Jill, is also welcoming, and kind as can be! Great doctor with great staff!!.

Dr Young did a thorough initial assessment, explained his findings and reviewed the radiographs, and then made treatment recommendations including the use of models to demonstrate exactly what the procedure would involve. He also fully explained the possible results and any side effects. One of the most informative appointments I have ever had. Would highly recommend him to everyone.

The care I receive from Dr Young is exceptional. He is very knowledgeable and caring, he takes the time to hear my issues and concerns and has provided me a personal treatment plan with positive results. I can't speak highly enough of Dr Young's entire team, they are very caring and make me feel very comfortable every visit. Thank you.

Dr. Bowman is one of the most personable physicians (maybe THE most personable) that I’ve ever met. His friendly personality put me at ease right away. Amazingly, he took time and really listened to me, then thoroughly explained his findings and recommendations. Often doctors (understandably) seem rushed, so you’re reluctant to actually have a conversation or to ask too many questions. Not so with Dr. Bowman. I felt he cared about getting to know me as a person, not just as a stranger passing through his practice. He was knowledgeable, professional and yet caring! I highly recommend Dr. Bowman.

I have seen Dr. Bowman a few times for hip pain. Each time he has been very professional, friendly and thorough. I’ve had injections to relieve the hip pain and each time I’ve noticed immediate relief. I highly recommend Dr. Bowman.

Dr Bowman is very knowledgeable, attentive, thorough and personable. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend him. Also the whole staff at TOA are efficient and friendly.
