Arif B. Khan, MD - TEXAS INTERVENTIONAL PAIN CARE

I've been going to Dr. Kahn for over 20 years on and off now and I have GREAT trust in him. I was in unreal pain and I had tried a sciatica injection but Dr Khan said there was no room for the medicine. On the 15th of Dec, Dr. Kahn performed the *mild* procedure. The incision was the roundness of a number 2 pencil eraser. It's now been 5 weeks and I've been walking around for 4½ weeks. I was slightly concerned with surgery at my age (71) but everything went great. I'm getting ready to start going back to the gym this week!! I know it's still early but I'm not in the raging pain that I was in. Thank You Dr. Kahn for the relief so far.

Dr. Khan and his staff have helped me so much by decreasing my pain by approximately 80-85% by implanting a Medtronic spinal cord stimulator in my back. Over the last several years, I have tried physical therapy, steroid injections, & nerve burning to reduce pain in my sacroiliac area. I am very pleased with the results of the spinal cord stimulator and am grateful to Dr. Khan and his staff and the Medtronic representatives who helped to customize the program for the device to fit and reduce the pain where it affected me.

Dr Khan has been successfully treating me for chronic back pain. There has been a great reduction in the level of pain that I was experiencing. My interactions with him have always been very good. And am always able to get appointments to consult with him.
