I worked with Tom and his team on a complex case involving infringement of my copyrights by several defendants including a very large multi-national corporation. The case was in federal court for many years as the defendants tried to wear us down, but Tom and Scott worked tirelessly, and after making our case we were able to negotiate substantial settlements from all the defendants. Throughout the process I felt like my concerns were always addressed, and I had a great deal of confidence that my case was being handled by talented people who were giving it the attention it needed.

My husband and I are so fortunate that we found Sam Thomas and his firm from a recommendation. Sam is very skilled and knowledgeable, and researched thoroughly our situation.
