Very professional staff. They were prepared to meet with me, both admin staff and the doctor. Despite going once a year (about 5 years), they remember me. The doctor had a great attitude, explained things well and was thorough with the examination. It was a very quick appointment.

I can’t say enough about Dr Sonsky and staff. I’ve been going since 2010 And have always been treated with respect and attentiveness. Bill makes my glasses and has put up with me for 15 years. He has the patience of a saint! I highly recommend this office.

I have been going to Dr. Sonsky’s for a few years now and he is the sweetest. Always an in and out and so helpful. The front desk staff and honestly everyone is so sweet and such a delight to talk to.

It's been years since my wife Wanda and I have had eye exams. Without a regular eye doctor, we turned to Google and found Promenade Eye Care at Lens Crafters in Coconut Creek. So, why not. Well, never have we experienced such exceptional customer service and 'care' in any medical establishment of any kind. From the start, we were impressed by the exceptional customer service. Derek at reception was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the process and addressing a specific concern we had about a DMV form. His friendly demeanor immediately put us at ease, feeling comfortable and welcomed. Then when we were ready for the exam, Bree, (hope I spelled it correctly) our technician, was equally kind and professional, making Wanda feel comfortable during the initial exam. And Lastly, Dr. Anisa Kristollari was fantastic. She took the time to thoroughly examine Wanda's eyes and explain her current condition and future eye care needs. Her personable approach made the experience very enjoyable. You found yourself not wanting to rush out of there but to hang around and just chat and laugh with her. She is a model of what any health professional in any field should be. We're so grateful to have found such a wonderful eye care team. Best staffs ever! Very friendly, professional, helpful, and informative staffs. Dr. Kramer was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly as well, she took her time to explain every finding, and went over every items in the results, made recommendations, and answered all my questions and concerns! It was a very pleasant, unique, and awesome experience, and will definitely refer all my friends, family members, and anyone to go to Promenade Eye Care, and LensCrafters for their eyes, vision, and glasses need! It was an overall great and awesome experience! Very pleased with everything!.

Doctor Kramer is wonderful. She along with her staff are very knowledgable, professional and pleasant. I have been a patient for 9+ years and I always have a great experience.

This office really does have exceptional staff. I've been bringing my children here, my friend comes here as well, and the experience has been wonderful. The nice ladies at the front desk are always friendly and welcoming, making my kids feel comfortable as soon as we arrive. They have always been wonderful to us. All the docs are pretty cool and very thorough. They also have the best glasses there. I highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking quality eye care for their family!

Dr. Goldberg was great with my 5 year old and very detailed and knowledgeable. Everyone was very kind and it was an easy and pleasant experience. Which can be hard to say with a toddler lol very happy we came here!.

Dr. Goldberg has been my Eye dr. For years. He gives special attention to everyone. He is great!! And staff are courteous and efficient as well.
