It was the worst day of my life, the day we received the news that our dog Zeus had to be put to sleep. I couldn’t believe the news, it was like I was living a nightmare. The veterinarian Dr. Colleta and her team were incredibly sensitive to our family pain, they were caring, loving and I could feel that they really cared about our dog and pain. We were not rushed or ever felt that we were just another “account”. We felt all the professionals at this clinic have a real love for the animals and understand the love we have for our pets. Later, we received a handwritten card from doctor and nurse expressing their condolences for our loss. We now have a new puppy and I will make Coral Spring Animal Hospital our permanent veterinarian!.

Both times I visited this emergency hospital this month, I was greeted with kindness and utmost attention to care. Last night, when the most difficult decision had to be made, Dr Howel was wonderful. She was professional, incredibly caring, was reassuring, and kind. She and the nurse spoke in calm tones, and showed true compassion for our circumstance. I would not hesitate to take my other animals there if needed. The staff is well trained to deal with all circumstances.

I am so appreciative of Nurse Bailey. My sweet Bonnie (Silky Yorkie terrier) has an ear infection for few weeks now and I decided to bring her in to Coral Springs animal hospital. Nurse did an amazing job explaining and cleaning Bonnie’s ear. She was wonderful, sweet, caring with an outstanding personality and smile towards myself and Bonnie. Thanks kindly again.

We have been with Dr. Dawson and Riverside several years now and we are so grateful for everything they’ve done for our dog, Zachary. We trust Dr. Dawson implicitly, he has taken such great care of our dog; from routine care to curing his cancer; Dr. Dawson and his staff were there to care and heal our dog while supporting us too, every step of the way. Dr. Dawson and his team care very much for their patients and the families; helping us through many tears over the years while healing and keeping our Zachary healthy time and time again. With a dedicated, knowledgeable and caring Doctor and staff, I would highly recommend Riverside Animal Hospital.

As dog lover who has been in rescue for many years, I can honestly say that my experience with Riverside Animal Hospital is top tier. It has not been easy for me to find a place that fits us as well they have and that understands large breed dogs that require certain accommodations has truly been a relieve. Their attention to care and amazing disposition is really customer service gold.

I took my 10 month puppy here for an urgent care visit. They were able to accommodate her. The staff was caring and attentive and the Dr was very knowledgeable, compassionate and very professional. I would certainly recommend this vet.
